Life is stressful. Be resilient.
Yoga offers skills we can use in the real world - like being able to breathe and move and laugh and not go coo-coo crazy. And we need those skills because the world is a wild place.
I also think yoga is an incredibly efficient system for being a human. "Be efficient!" doesn't sound as interesting, but it's something I get excited about.
